What do you charge for shipping?
Our delivery charge to ship a complete mannequin averages between $40-$50.00 depending upon where it is shipped and by what method. The exact delivery cost will be calculated after your order is placed and before your order is shipped.

How soon will my order be delivered/when will it get here?
Your order will be shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground from Northwest Mannequin to your delivery address. Once your order is shipped, you can expect it to arrive within 5 to 10 business days depending on the merchandise ordered and your geographic location. Is Express shipping available?
Yes, but when shipping an entire mannequin the cost goes up dramatically. Please call or email for a quote.

How can I track the shipment of my package?
Use the UPS tracking number provided to you in the e-mail confirming your order and visit www.ups.com or contact us at (206) 522-7292 to track the shipment of your order.

Purchase Orders
The shipping terms explained here and on the nwmanikin.com website will supercede and take precedence over the customer's Purchase Order or shipping terms should any dispute arise concerning shipping costs or methods. Regardless of any document(s) emailed, faxed, or mailed concerning the shipping terms and conditions, merchandise will be shipped in accordance with the shipping methods of Northwest Mannequin. By placing an order using a Purchase Order you agree to the terms of use to which you are bound.
