When you purchase a mannequin or form at Northwest Mannequin, we want you to be completely satisfied.
If you find that you must return an item, we make it easy.

Return Instructions

bulletUse the original packaging or a strong corrugated carton.
bulletA copy of the customer receipt or invoice must accompany all returns.
bulletUse one of our two return methods:
  1. Use your company's shipping account for UPS, Federal Express, Airborne, etc. or
  2. Take your package to UPS (www.ups.com), Mail Boxes Etc. (www.mbe.com), the UPS Store (www.theupsstore.com) or any UPS pickup station.

Return Policy
Northwest Mannequin will refund the purchase price minus the shipping fees within 7 (seven) days of purchase.
Purchases made by credit card will be only be refunded to the original credit card.

Damaged Items
Please report damaged or missing items within 3 days of delivery. Keep all labels and documentation.

Gift Cards
Gift Cards cannot be exchanged or returned for cash, credit or check.

Note: Northwest Mannequin, LLC reserves the right to request valid identification prior to accepting merchandise for a return. Northwest Mannequin, LLC reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of certain merchandise at any time and for any reason.
